The process

We follow a thoughtful step-by-step process to ensure your vision is brought to life. It all begins with an initial consultation, either in our office or online, where you share your garden situation, goals, and specific requirements. During this conversation, we guide you to think more deeply about the various areas of your garden, helping to clarify your brief, which forms the foundation of our work. Based on the brief, as well as details such as garden size, terrain type, and the number of structures required, we provide you with a price estimate for our services. Once the estimate is accepted, we schedule a site visit to explore your space together. This is when we gather important information, conduct a survey, and collect any necessary house and garden documents from you. Using this, we begin to draft the first design ideas and sketches, create a mood board, and offer a brief explanation of our proposed concepts. The next phase involves creating a detailed 2D scaled garden plan and a 3D visualization to help you better understand the layout. Throughout the process, we typically hold at least two consultations to ensure the design aligns with your needs, making adjustments as necessary before finalizing the architectural study of your garden.

Comprehensive Design Documentation 

Our studio provides a full spectrum of design documentation to bring the vision of your outdoor space to life. Our process begins with hand-drawn sketches and thorough site analyses, capturing the essence of your outdoor space and understanding its unique characteristics. From there, we create precise 2D-scaled drawings of the garden plan, outlining accurately every detail. To help you visualize the design, we also offer 3D models of both the garden and buildings, allowing you to experience the space from all angles. Finally, our detailed visualizations bring your outdoor space to life, providing realistic renderings that showcase the atmosphere, materials, and design elements in their truest form. Each step of our documentation provides you with a clear and inspiring representation of the final result.
